Shipping Policy:
ALL orders in stock will ship 1-2 business days. (Excluding holidays) 

If items are NOT in stock, items will ship 3-5 business days. Keep in mind all garments are custom hand made. 

Miami based customers who need garments the same day please contact us for delivery options.


Return Policy:

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchange Policy:

We allow ONE exchange within 5 days after receipt of order. Exchanges are accepted for items of any value. If the piece you wish to exchange is of a higher value the customer will be responsible for the difference, we will email or call you for the payment. If the price of the piece you wish to exchange is of lower value the remaining balance will be turned in to a store credit and CANNOT be used towards shipping.

  • Items must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, and free of odor.
  • Items must be accompanied by receipt, with the original tags attached, and hygienic liner in place.


***Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a Claim for the missing shipment.
